Information for Investors and Donors

As important participants in the Black Creek Micro-credit program, investors and donors will enable community members to pursue viable business opportunities. Funds invested in or donated to the program will be used to help a range of business ventures managed by entrepreneurs from the community.

Funds collected from investors are held in low risk, liquid financial assets. Investor funds secure the small business loans from a partnering financial institution given to successful applicants from the community. Donations to the Black Creek Micro-credit Program help support the work of the Program in the Black Creek community and may be made via the ACCESS Community Capital Fund (a registered charity). If you are interested in making a donation please contact microlending@blackcreekcapacity.ca
